Standard components manufactured by ZAX are warranted for a
period of one year from the date of shipment against defective
materials and workmanship. Liability is expressly limited to replacement
or repair of products furnished by ZAX and in no event shall ZAX
be liable for consequential damages. This warranty is void for
products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, disassembly,
or alteration.
